  • Ordering Online: Standard orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. All orders are scanned for accuracy before leaving our studio and typically ship within 2-3 days. If you need your order by a specific date, please email us at and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, we occasionally sell out of popular pieces. Julia Failey will contact you via email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.


  • Registering: You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.


  • Credit Cards: Julia Failey accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.


  • Taxes: All orders that ship within Illinois are subject to sales tax.


  • Shipping: You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include a confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (Fedex) for your package. The delivery time for our free services can vary and there is no tracking number supplied by USPS. If you are concerned about knowing where your package is at all times, we recommend Fedex or USPS Express Mail InternationalĀ® for safe, fast, and reliable delivery. We have worked with USPS for years and have had remarkably good results, but there have been times when packages take an unusually long time to arrive. We ask that all orders shipped via USPS First Class are given 10 business days to arrive. If you haven't received your order 10+ business days after you receive an email from us stating that we shipped your order, please email us at .


  • Refused Shipments: If you decide to refuse any shipments from Julia Failey, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Julia Failey. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


  • Returns: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Julia Failey will accept items for exchange or return within 7 days of your purchase for a refund minus the shipping costs. Julia Failey does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.

    Julia Failey will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of abuse. Please note that all Sale items & custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. When ordering rings, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size.

    To receive authorization and arrange a return or exchange, please email with your name, address, invoice number, and whether you require a refund or replacement. Returns sent without a return code will only be eligible for store credit.

  • Status of Return: Once we receive your return, we credit the appropriate account within 7-14 days. You will receive an email notifying you that your return has been processed and the proper account is credited.


  • Gifts: As our gift to you or the recipient of your order, your package will arrive in our custom packaging. If we are sending your gift directly to the recipient, you may contact us at and we will gladly include a card with your specified message.


  • Special Orders: Julia Failey will work with you to create your perfect piece. Please email us at for details. Delivery is typically 4-8 weeks.


  • Jewelry Care: Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth.


  • Repairs: Julia stands behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all our jewelry. We will fix it or replace our jewelry free of charge within 6 months based on normal usage. In the unlikely case that your jewelry is broken, please email us at for a repair authorization. Please include your name and address, invoice number, the reason for repair in the email.
